- Advertisers & Marketing Partners: We may provide information about you as a certified agent — including your name, location, lines of authority, and certification status — to advertisers, sponsors, or marketing partners.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may share information with vendors and service providers who assist us in operating the platform, processing verifications, hosting data, or providing analytics.
- Public Verification: Your certification number, name, and certification status are publicly searchable and verifiable by design.
- Legal & Regulatory: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
4. Right to Monetize
The Service is provided to you at no cost. There are no fees, charges, subscriptions, or financial commitments of any kind. In exchange for this free service, you acknowledge and agree that OathCertified retains the unrestricted right to monetize, commercialize, license, sell, or otherwise derive revenue from any and all data collected through the Service, including but not limited to your personal information, professional credentials, certification data, verification posts, and usage data.

All data, content, and materials collected, generated, or derived through your use of the Service — including your certification records, signed oath, verification results, badges, and any posts or publications associated with your certification — are and shall remain the sole property of OathCertified.
